Because this has been an exceedingly difficult year, I feel inspired to share with you something the senior pastor in Texas at A&M UMC shared with me. I want to invite you to read the Bible through this year. My goal will be to use the daily assignments in the book, THE GRAND SWEEP, as prompts each day for a brief commentary at 7 am that I will record live and leave for you to watch later if that is too early for you. If there is interest, we could form a zoom group for a discussion--perhaps once a month. As you can see--I am still thinking this through. I have great respect for the author, so I am going to put his own words here for you to read to understand why I think this is a worthwhile endeavor.

No--you do not have to listen to every session or read every word. You can read and listen at your own pace.
